Sheila O'Sullivan's practice is focused on representation of debtors in consumer bankruptcy. She is a frequent speaker on the topics of bankruptcy and the Foreclosure Fairness Act -- a Washington law enacted in 2011 to provide homeowners with mediation options prior to foreclosure. She also handles matters in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and small business formation. She volunteers with the King County Neighborhood Debt Clinic and serves on the Washington State Bar Association executive committee of the creditor-debtor section. In her spare time, she serves on the board of the UW Women's Center and the Northwest Consumer Law Center (NWCLC), takes violin lessons and trains to cycle century rides with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Team in Training.
